HOUSING DEVELOPMENT

Pure ecology Ltd. has been involved in a range of housing and mixed-use development projects from small bespoke developments to urban expansions and land allocation for local plans.

Recent projects include barn conversions in Monmouthshire and Herefordshire, a 35ha development for 650 new homes at Newton Abbot, Devon, and regeneration of housing association sites in the Malvern District and South Wales. Pure Ecology has produced Landscape and Ecology Management Plans (LEMP) for habitat creation and green infrastructure with mitigation strategies for bat roosts and flightlines, retention of dormouse habitat and reptile translocations for slow worm.
